Does an existing hydro rack fit?
Check chassis depth, weight capacity, electrical connections and coolant distribution against the exact machine. A rack for smaller Antminer Hydro units is not automatically compatible with this 3U model. Pumps and heat-rejection equipment add electricity consumption and noise to the installation.
Compare equipment and operating costs
At its typical 11.02 kW draw, the miner alone uses about 264.48 kWh over 24 hours. Cooling auxiliaries and other losses are additional. Compare installation, electricity and service costs separately from the purchase price. Hashrate and efficiency do not establish a guaranteed mining return.
