1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

3. Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are shipped promptly once available. An estimated shipping date is shown on the product page.

4. Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

5. Responsibility
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Warranty
All products sold by CaptainMining come with a minimum 6-month warranty, up to 12 months depending on the product. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. For warranty claims, contact us at info@captainmining.com.
