Important: We only perform connections at the beginning of each month. If setup occurs mid-month, there is a KWH penalty fee due to Hydro Québec's billing structure, which we must pass on to maintain cost transparency.

Financial Structure and Deposits

Security Deposit and Payment Terms

We require a 2-month security deposit, as mandated by Hydro-Québec’s official security deposit policy for high-power industrial accounts.

This deposit serves as:

• A guarantee required by the electricity provider for large-scale power usage
• Protection to ensure uninterrupted service for the duration of your contract
• Fully refundable at the end of the contract, provided all outstanding balances are cleared and no damage is caused to the equipment or infrastructure

Payment Terms:

• All invoices must be paid at least 10 days before the end of the month
• Late payments will incur an additional 1% fee of the outstanding balance
• Payments made in cryptocurrency will incur an additional 3% fee to cover conversion costs
